About Us
Meet Our Founder & Chief Program Director
Kelvin Parker is a Little Rock Native born and raised in the John Barrow area. Kelvin graduated from Henderson State University with his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He possesses nearly 10 years of tangible experience through insurance sales with notorious companies such as Allstate and Reliable Life.
In May of 2021, Mr. Parker founded G.O.A.T., where he began to host annual toy drives and back to school events, which eventually expanded to larger philanthropic initiatives through education, health, and mentorship. His primary role with our organization is to manage, plan, implement, & evaluate programs and projects.
Kelvin is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and family man. As he prioritizes family first, he continues to exemplify appreciation for his wife and two children, who allows him to his love and support throughout the community. Mr. Parker is driven to ensure that G.O.A.T. is the one-stop-shop for instilling confidence, empowering youth, and teaching others to "Live to give!"

Taylor Parker
Taylor Parker is our current Program Aid. She possesses almost ten years of tangible experience. Her primary role with our organization is to assist with education & youth management. She has been serving us since the founding in 2021.
Ke'Ahna Parker
Ke’Ahna Parker is our current Program Aid. As a newer staff member, she brings over three years of tangible experience. Her primary role with our organization is to assist with education & youth management. She has been serving us since the founding in 2021.
Cameron Parker
Cameron Parker is our Program Aid. He possesses over seven years of tangible experience. Mr. Parker's primary role with our organization is to assist with education & youth management. He has been serving us since the founding in 2021
Brandy Johnson
Brandy Johnson is our current Communication & HR Director. As a newer staff member, she brings over three years of tangible experience. Her primary role with our organization is to assist with payables & event coordination. She has been serving us since the founding in 2021.
